On the corner of Russell and Latrobe Streets stands one of this city's most renowned landmarks, an elegant 1940's Art Deco Tower and its podium as a replica of the Empire State Building.
Its refurbishment retains the dramatic high ceilings, solid masonary walls and original features and fittings. Spectacular timber staircases have been retained and complimented by opulent marble and timber detailing.
Roca and Zucchetti have been chosen in the restoration of this land mark project.
