Warranty
All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and are subject to the prestigious and rigorous standards that govern the world's leading manufacturers. Our products are backed by the following warranties against manufacturing defects effective from date of purchase:
Zucchetti - Five (5) year warranty against the cartridge leaking including parts and labour. Two (2) years on hose and handpieces.
Roca - Ten (10) year warranty with one (1) year on perishable and mechanical parts.
Accessories - One (1) to Ten (10) years warranty against rusting, depending on series.
Streamline Products, or its agent will repair or replace the goods, where an inspection reveals a defect in the material or workmanship in the course of normal use. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, abuse, accident or misuse, or to minor imperfections within generally accepted manufacturing tolerances.
